The Challenge
With the expansion of new locations, Sky Zone needed to promote their parks online to attract more guests locally and fill calendars with bookings/events. At the same time, they were facing a lack of consistency across their marketing channels - from social media to paid ads to email campaigns, which made it difficult to maintain a unified brand message. The challenge was to implement a cohesive, omnichannel marketing strategy that not only drove traffic and bookings but also ensured consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Paid Media
Meta Ads
Our main paid media efforts focused on Meta, where we leveraged lookalike audiences created from Sky Zone’s client list to reach new potential customers. We ensured that our ads specifically targeted local parents with children who had upcoming birthdays to drive bookings for Sky Zone birthday events - one of their primary sources of revenue.
TikTok Ads
We also ran paid campaigns on TikTok, targeting younger kids and teens, capturing their attention with fun, engaging content that encouraged visits and event bookings.
Social Media Management
ZDG Media managed the social media accounts for multiple Sky Zone locations across North America, ensuring consistent messaging, branding, and visuals across all locations/pages; while accommodating differences in local offers or pricing when necessary.
Email Marketing
We implemented a targeted email strategy, sending customized emails to families with upcoming birthdays. These emails promoted special offers, bundles, and birthday packages, resulting in strong engagement and increased bookings.
Website & Design
We handled the creation and design of the Sky Zone websites for multiple parks, keeping content up to date and updating pricing or promotions as needed. Additionally, we designed social media posts, park visuals, and supported occasional projects like TV ads, flyers, pamphlets, and other marketing materials..
